FREE Quote for Concentrator PM Preventive Maintenance Service or Repair

Once you've completed the Checkout,  reference your MBR order number on the shipping label and ship the concentrator to the address below, (Package it well to avoid shipping damage):

• Upon receiving your Machine our Factory Trained technicians will perform an initial Evaluation to verify the Service requested and send an Estimate.
  
•  Upon your approval of the estimate, an Invoice due upon receipt will be sent you.
•  Once the Invoice is paid, we will perform the requested service and return the unit back to you within 7 business days from clear payment. *
• * If parts are on back order from manufacturer will update you of expected date of completing the work.
• Additional Repairs: If while servicing your vent and additional repairs are required, we will contact you with a revised estimate prior to completing any repairs above and beyond PM Service requested.
• If the Original or Revised repair estimate is declined, the unit will be returned as we received it at no additional charge to you.
